Who We Are
Millersburg Coffee Company was co-founded in 2021 by Ohio’s own Dr. Deepak Arora and his son-in-law Sebastián Sánchez. Sebastián grew up in Colombia’s famed Eje Cafetero (or Coffee Axis) with our head of procurement Sebastián Borja and our chief Colombian legal counsel Valentina Sánchez.
Along with Hasmed Rivera, head roaster and specialty coffee consultant, this global team works directly with Colombian growers to export green specialty coffee to our 50-acre property in Ohio’s Amish Country, where it’s locally roasted. Because we have such a strong presence in Colombia’s coffee center through our relationships and our coffee workshop, we know the land and the types of coffee plants it produces. We treat each producer with respect and dignity – never wavering from fair, ethical business practices while directly sourcing top-quality specialty coffee beans.
We also work with businesses worldwide to create custom profiles for each client’s tastes and needs. And we have green specialty coffee available for other roasters. Contact us to learn more!
